IMP-1088

IMP-1088 is a potent dual inhibitor of human N-myristoyltransferases NMT1 and NMT2, with an IC50 of <1 nM for HsNMT1 and HsNMT2 and a Kd of <210 pM for HsNMT1. It effectively inhibits the production of infectious rhinovirus virions by blocking the N-myristoylation of the rhinovirus VP0 protein.
