Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 14 mg/ml clear DMSO stock solution to 950 μL of corn oil and mix evenly. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

Description

WS3 is a β cell proliferation inducer via modulation of Erb3 binding protein-1 (EBP1) and the IκB kinase pathway.

In vitro

WS3 induces proliferation of the mouse β cell line R7T1 with EC50 of 0.074 μM. ^[1] WS3 reversibly induces proliferation of primary fetal and adult human retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells. ^[2]
