Description Sonelokimab is a humanized trivalent nanobody consisting of monovalent camelid-derived nanobodies that target human interleukin (IL)-17A, IL-17F, and human serum albumin. It exhibits clinical efficacy and dose-dependent modulation of psoriasis-associated genes in patients with plaque-type psoriasis. MW: 40.93 KD.
