Description	Serclutamab Talirine (ABBV-321), is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of an humanized immunoglobulin G1 anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody conjugated to a pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD) dimer via a maleimidocaproyl-valine-alanine linker. Serclutamab Talirine has the potential for use in advanced solid tumors associated with overexpression of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) or its ligands.
