Clear solution
5% DMSO 95% Corn oil
5.0mg/ml Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 100 mg/ml clear DMSO stock solution to 950 μL of corn oil and mix evenly. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.
Clear solution
5%DMSO 40%PEG300 5%Tween80 50%ddH2O
5.0mg/ml Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 100 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.
* <1 mg/ml means slightly soluble or insoluble.
* Please note that Selleck tests the solubility of all compounds in-house, and the actual solubility may differ slightly from published values. This is normal and is due to slight batch-to-batch variations.
* Room temperature shipping (Stability testing shows this product can be shipped without any cooling measures.)

Biological Activity

Description MSAB is a selective inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling that binds to β-catenin, promoting its degradation, and specifically downregulates Wnt/β-catenin target genes. MSAB shows potent anti-tumor effects.
Targets
β-catenin [1]
In vitro

MSAB impedes RAW264.7 cells and human PMBCs differentiating into OCs. MSAB decreases the expression of β‐catenin in RAW264.7 and ARP1 WT cells.[2]

In vivo

MSAB (10-20 mg/kg; i.p. daily for 2 weeks) inhibits tumor growth of Wnt-dependent cancer cells in xenograft mice and MMTV-Wnt1 transgenic mice.[3]

Protocol (from reference)

Cell Assay:

[2]

  • Cell lines

Human blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), Human MM cell lines, HEK293, RAW264.7 cells

  • Concentrations

    0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 μM

  • Incubation Time

    6 days, 15 days

  • Method

RAW264 cells are seeded in a 24‐well plate at the density of 3,000 cells/well. Humen PBMCs cells are seeded in a 24‐well plate at the density of 1 × 106 cells/well. After 6 days (RAW264 cells) or 15 days (PBMCs), the degree of osteoclast differentiation is determined by detecting the TRAP activity of the cells.
