| Description | MASM7 is an activator of mitofusins that promotes mitochondrial fusion through mitofusins. It increases mitochondrial AR in MEFs in a concentration-dependent manner, with an EC50 value of 75 nM. MASM7 also directly binds to the HR2 domain of MFN2 with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 1.1 μM, effectively activating MFN2 or MFN to induce fusion. |
