Description	HS-10296 hydrochloride(Almonertinib (hydrochloride), HS-10296 HCl) is an irreversible, third-generation inhibitor of EGFR tyrosine kinase that demonstrates high selectivity for EGFR-sensitizing mutations, T790M resistance mutation. It exhibits inhibitory activity against T790M, T790M/L858R, and T790M/Del19, with IC50 of 0.37 nM, 0.29 nM, and 0.21 nM, respectively. It also exhibits anti-tumor activity.
