Biological Activity

Description Firocoxib (ML 1785713) is a cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 inhibitor and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. In vitro firocoxib inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 with an IC50 of 7.5 mM and 0.13 mM respectively in feline blood.
