Fenretinide (4-hydroxy(phenyl)retinamide; 4-HPR) is a synthetic derivative of retinoic acid, fenretinide can bind to retinoic acid receptor (RAR) and retinoid X receptor (RXR) at concentrations necessary to induce cell death. |
