Description

Fasnall, a thiophenopyrimidine, is a selective fatty acid synthase (FASN) inhibitor that shows potent anti-tumor activity.

Cells were transfected with USP14i or FASNi alone or together both for 72 h, or treated with IU1 or Fasnall alone or together both for 48 h. To measure cell viability, a WST-1 assay was performed using EZ-Cytox following the manufacturer’s instructions. The absorbance was measured on a microplate spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm.
