Description Faricimab is a humanized bispecific antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2; Ang2; ANGPT2), key regulators of vascular leakage and inflammation. It is used to treat neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), diabetic macular edema (DME), and macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion, improving retinal vascular stability.
