Biological Activity

Description Cytochalasin D (Zygosporin A, NSC 209835) is a potent actin polymerization inhibitor derived from fungus. Cytochalasin D inhibits actin filament dynamics in cells. It induces phosphorylation and cytoplasmic retention of Yap.
