Biological Activity

Description ARP 100 (MMP-2 Inhibitor III, Compound 10a) is a potent and selective inhibitor of MMP-2 with an IC50 of 12 nM and displays less inhibitory activity at MMP-9, MMP-3, MMP-1 and MMP-7 with IC50s of 200 nM, 4500 nM, >50,000 nM and >50,000 nM respectively.

    HT1080 sarcoma cells aer plated on matrigel in complete medium. After 24 h, HT1080 sarcoma cells incubated with ARP 100 (50 nM). Total number of invasive elongations is observed.
